These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of jobs.interiorsexpress.biz (the “Platform”), operated by Interiorsexpress Biz (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing, registering, or using the Platform in any manner, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

• A professional social networking platform
• A job discovery and resume hosting platform
• A freelancing and project marketplace

The Platform connects professionals, freelancers, employers, recruiters, and clients in the construction, interiors, architecture, and allied industries.

We are a technology intermediary and do not act as an employer, recruiter, agent, or contracting party between users.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally competent to enter into contracts under Indian law
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Be solely responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All content you post, upload, or share
• All interactions with other users
• Maintaining lawful use of the Platform

4. User Roles & Responsibilities

4.1 Job Seekers & Professionals

• Information provided in profiles and resumes must be accurate
• You understand that employers may contact you based on your visibility settings
• We do not guarantee job placement or interview calls

4.2 Employers & Recruiters

• Job postings must be genuine, lawful, and non-misleading
• You must comply with all applicable labour and employment laws
• You may not charge illegal fees or engage in fraudulent hiring practices

4.3 Freelancers

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of proposals and service delivery
• You acknowledge that all freelance contracts are directly between users

4.4 Clients

• You agree to provide clear project requirements
• Payments, deliverables, and disputes are between you and freelancers

5. Freelancing & Payments

• The Platform may facilitate communication and payment processing
• We are not responsible for service quality, delays, or outcomes
• Payment gateways are operated by third parties
• We do not store credit/debit card or banking details

Any disputes related to payments or project execution must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Upload unlawful, abusive, obscene, or discriminatory material
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harvest or misuse user data
• Circumvent platform fees or systems
• Use the Platform for illegal recruitment, scams, or solicitation
• Introduce malware, bots, or automated scraping tools

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

7.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit.
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content for platform operations.

7.2 Platform IP

All trademarks, logos, software, design, and platform content (excluding user content) are the intellectual property of Interiorsexpress Biz and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

We comply with:

• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India)

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice
• Remove content violating these Terms
• Restrict access for security, legal, or policy reasons

Users may also delete their account voluntarily through dashboard settings or support request.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Job offers or freelance engagements
• Accuracy of user-generated content
• Continuous or error-free availability
• Financial outcomes or business success

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages between users
• Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if applicable) in the preceding 6 months

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interiorsexpress Biz from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in Gurgaon city, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
